Thorough understanding and control of all the required technical elements: legal, financial, design, planning and construction. Dovetailing of individual but overlapping technical fields and being creative and delivering a successful scheme.
People, persuasion and influencing skills to catalyse the project, (or programme of projects), politically, organisationally and collaboratively, often as part of a wider team.

Good commercial acumen, negotiation of complex legal processes and documentation and the design and management of the mathematical viability modelling for the whole development process, including ‘development period’ and ‘long term’ cashflows. Creating bespoke and complex Excel spreadsheets to meet the requirements of specific projects.
